Return Conditions
Would you like to return an item? No problem.
You have 14 days to return unwanted / defective goods as long as the products meet the following conditions:
The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The customer must therefore ensure that the products are intact and complete, not used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories and labels with which they were received. In the event that a product is provided with a security label, the return of the product will not be accepted if the original security label has been removed, broken or tampered with. Paolo Nero will check the packaging and condition of each individual product returned, the material integrity of which constitutes an essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer may send an email to the Customer Service team at ordini@paolonero.it in order to receive instructions for shipping the return.
